My daughter was suffering from a very high fever when she was dropped , I think your staffs are poorly trained to understand the implications of the high fever on the kids brain. Multiple occasions babies were urinated and potty in dress/cloth due to long transportation time and inappropriate handling i.e. sending them to toilet before boarding on the bus.  Pls also find enclosed the email dated 13 December 2022.
